Jiushen Wire Mesh offers a diverse range of high-quality, cost-effective, epoxy-coated wire mesh products designed to withstand challenging environments. Each coating is meticulously applied to cover the entire surface area of the wire mesh sheets, imparting strength and durability.
Epoxy mesh is produced by employing electrostatic spraying to apply eco-friendly epoxy resin powder onto the wire mesh surface. This powder melts and forms a dense protective layer upon high-temperature curing. Epoxy powders are available in indoor and outdoor varieties, with special powders customizable according to customer requirements. Substrate mesh usually includes plain steel mesh, aluminum alloy mesh, and stainless steel mesh.

Depending on the application, epoxy mesh can be classified into industrial and civil epoxy mesh:
• Industrial epoxy mesh mainly encompasses aluminum alloy and plain steel epoxy mesh, utilized as filter element supporting mesh in hydraulic filters, air filters, and crude oil filters, enhancing pleating results, airflow, and filtering efficiency.
• Civil epoxy mesh primarily involves stainless steel epoxy mesh, used as security window screens in high-end residential and commercial buildings.
Advantages of Jiushen Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh
Post coating, the mesh is square without deformation, the surface remains flat with undulation height ≤10mm, and the powder coating amount is controlled at 20-35g/m². The finished product width can reach up to 1,600mm.
The surface treatment powder uses low-temperature fast curing oil-resistant matting resin paint (160℃/90s) and low-temperature curing weather-resistant matting polyester paint (160℃/90s). The powder has achieved RoHS and REACH certifications.
It resists oil immersion and corrosion, enduring tests with various hydraulic oil media worldwide at different temperatures and times without surface alterations. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure hydraulic filter products.
Weather resistance is ensured, meeting ASTM B117-09 salt spray test standards with 96 hours of continuous testing showing no surface change. Ideal for harsh environment air filters and outdoor use.
With strong adhesion, it surpasses H grade pencil test, 1kg/50cm impact test, scratch test, and anti-fatigue test. High bending resistance allows it to be folded through a steel rod with a radius of 1mm without surface cracks.
Production of high-quality steel, wire drawing, and annealing process, combined with new weaving techniques, results in a soft mesh surface with low elastic modulus. Post coating, it is easy to fold and shape, and the warp and weft wires are permanently bonded. Edges remain intact post slitting and cutting, with adhesion force at 0.7kg.
