Product Description
PHF4T Series Diesel Engine for China Stage III Emission Standard is a four-stroke direct-injection type high-speed diesel engine whose prototype is a new generation product of domestic diesel engine of the same type jointly developed by Ricardo in Britain and Power HF Co., Ltd.. Power HF makes a matching design considering the characteristics of a tractor. By making corresponding changes in some components and parts of the engine, this series is now made an ideal supporting power for large- and medium power construction machines at home and abroad. The engine has the following advantages:
1. It is strongly universal with large inventory commercially available, rugged and durable, having plenty of accessories.
2. Reliability and service life have reached the advanced level among those of the like products in China and the top overhaul period is as long as hours.
3. It adopts a new electronic unit pump fuel system with high injection pressure and precise control over fuel-injection quantity and injection timing. It has features of P-type injector without pressure chamber, complete combustion, sufficient power, low fuel consumption and low emission.
4. The electronic control system makes the characteristic performance curve smaller, and the rotation speed more stable. With the low-inertia turbocharger technology, the torque reserve rate exceeds 30%, having a strong capability to handle sudden change in working condition and completely meeting agricultural machinery's demand on low-speed and high torque.
5. It has intelligent control of the electronic control system, and warnings on the abnormality in water temperature, oil temperature and air inlet temperature and pressure. The automatic alarm on potential faults is safer.
6. It has intelligent fault self-diagnosis and control, and protection strategies against abnormity in water temperature, oil temperature and air inlet temperature and pressure which protects the engine better.
7. It uses a high-capacity two-stage fuel filter with strong fuel water separating power, high filter efficiency and long maintenance period and is more economical.
8. It uses wet liners and is easy to repair. The engine block and the cylinder head are designed with a high-flow cooling system, which protects the agricultural machinery from "high temperature" during all-weather high-intensity work.
9. Optimized air inlet makes better intake swirl. With more air inflow, the combustion is more complete and the power is strong. With lower fuel consumption, it is more environmentally friendly.
10. High-performance turbocharging is used together with advanced combustion system, thus lowering the fuel consumption and making the power stronger.
