Are you headed to Las Vegas for Conexpo- Con/Agg - Con/Agg ?  As you already know, anyone who is anyone will be at this event!  HydraForce is no exception; we are located at BOOTH S-.  After coming home from our most successful show yet, Bauma China, we are ready for IFPE .

Are you interested in learning more about hydraulic proportional valve? Contact us today to secure an expert consultation!

We are simplifying our booth layout for a more effective presentation of our innovations at this year's event. History has shown us that when we emphasize our core competencies, specifically innovation, our shows become more successful. Come visit us at Booth S-, and we will demonstrate why we lead the industry in this regard.

During the Conexpo- Con/Agg - Con/Agg, HydraForce will showcase five engagement stations, each spotlighting our latest product innovations. Despite the economic downturn, we unwaveringly committed to research and development, investing the same amount during tough years as we had previously. This steadfast dedication underscores our passion for innovation.

One of our featured showcases will be the CoreTek Controller product line, which was developed in response to our customers' needs for powerful controllers with an open programming interface. The CoreTek series utilizes the CoDeSys software platform for easy programming, ensuring you have complete control without annual licensing fees. We offer four controllers with various I/O configurations, and true to our customers' feedback, they are CE rated in accordance with ISO standards.

Next, we will present our new valve innovations. You may already be familiar with our technology that combines two hydraulic functions in a single cartridge, but at Conexpo- Con/Agg, we will unveil valves featuring three functions within a single cartridge! At IFPE, we previously introduced several of these innovative cartridges, and for the past three years, we have continued to expand our offerings. These cartridges significantly decrease costs for hydraulic integrated circuits, leading to smaller and lighter manifolds. Your feedback has been invaluable in driving the market's acceptance of these valve types, so if you're contemplating updating your machine designs, look no further than HydraForce and these groundbreaking new cartridges.

Additionally, we are thrilled to feature our complete range of proportional valves. HydraForce stands as the largest supplier of these valves, continuously enriching our product lineup. Our innovation of integrating two or three functions into a single cartridge has now reached our proportional valve line. The latest valve series serves a dual purpose not just as a proportional directional valve (which also functions as flow control) but also as a double-blocking valve that includes a load sense port and reverse flow check. These advanced proportional double-blocking valves can facilitate unique and cost-effective circuit configurations that will be revealed at this year's event.

While I hinted at the potential for unique and cost-efficient circuits utilizing this fresh valve technology, I won’t give too much away just yet! You’ll need to stop by and see for yourself. Hydraform is confident that we will be entering the high-flow proportional directional sectional stack valve market soon. If you're not considering HydraForce for your proportional sectional stack valve needs, now is the time to start!

The trend toward eco-friendly solutions is shaping a global economy where OEMs are striving to build faster, cheaper, and greener equipment. We increasingly witness the creation of smaller, more compact machinery that competes with older, larger models that are less sustainable. To achieve crucial power, system pressures are escalating, leading to the miniaturization of components like cylinders and actuators. HydraForce has recognized the demand for reliable, high-cycle, high-pressure cartridge valves, and we are now fully dedicated to this initiative! Our HyPerformance cartridge valve program is projected to significantly impact the market with a comprehensive array of cartridge valves, rated continuously for over 350 Bar (PSI) and offering a 10% duty cycle rating up to 420 Bar (PSI). This new series includes several patent-pending technologies, including an innovative solenoid tube design that has also been tested for these extreme pressures. We invite you to see over 90 valves ready for high-pressure applications from this exciting HyPerformance series.

Beyond new products, we will also feature an i-Design station where you will learn how to use the tool and explore the various features it offers. Our i-Design experts will be available to answer any questions and gather your feedback. If you’re eager to get a head start on using i-Design, you can download the software now by clicking here, and we’ll have free copies of this circuit design software at our booth.

Additionally, we’re excited to announce the new and improved E-Coil that will soon meet the ASTM B117 960-hour salt spray specification.

Finally, we have produced a Condensed HydraForce Catalog that is light enough to carry conveniently. Stop by our booth to register for your own copy!

The IFPE event is always a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and discover what’s new and what remains constant (~me~). Having attended every show since I started here over 16 years ago, I genuinely look forward to it: meeting old friends and associates while hoping to make new connections as well, so swing by and say hi!
