Solved: Computer Stuck on HP Logo
Hi,
First, turn off the computer by pressing and holding the power button for 4 seconds. Next, disconnect all externally connected devices such as the docking station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers. Only keep the keyboard and mouse connected. Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
Hard Reset the Computer
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to perform a hard reset. Repeat this process if necessary.
System Test
Power on your PC, press the Esc key repeatedly, then press F2 at the prompt. Select "System Tests" for a quick 4-minute hardware check.
Restart Graphics Driver
If you’re using Windows 10, press Windows Logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B to restart the graphics driver.
Check Multiple Displays
If you have multiple displays, try projecting your video to a different monitor. Press the Windows Logo key + P, select a display, and then press Enter.
