I did my research, and after many google searches, and articles read, I found the best A/C in the Mercedes GLK 350. OK, so I don't really use the backseat much (there are rear vents between the front seats), but in the front seats, the A/C blasts super COLD instantly, and holds it even at long stops or idles in the NC summer heat. A thermometer held into the vent shows 43 degrees, and the wind velocity isstrong, 2 things that are needed for a good A/C. I have health issues and need to keep cool, so this was an important decision for me when purchasing a car. I hated to stop driving my Subaru Forester (turbo) but it could not do the job. I could also vouch for any large (truck or luxury SUV) to accommodate most people for a cool ride.

Refrigerator principle
