One thing I will say, from experience, is don't expect stellar battery life - grinders, particularly brushed-motor models, drain batteries quite quickly. I have a Makita 115mm cordless, the most basic brushed motor version, which at times I simply can't do without, but it does eat the amps at quite a rate. I doubt your Ryobi will be any better, but it doesn't stop it being a very handy piece of kit

As others have said, 125mm are available ( SFX stock them, TS only carry one disc a DW thin cutting disc - also try Amazon), but the range in 115mm will be greater simply because it's been a popular size for a long, long time. In any case for handrail cleaning you might be better off with steel brushes to begin with, although flap wheels and fibre discs (which generally require a backing pad) are both useful for finishing (and can also be had in 125mm., although a specialist abrasives supplier might be the best bet). One thing I will say, from experience, is don't expect stellar battery life - grinders, particularly brushed-motor models, drain batteries quite quickly.
