Shipping Information

We typically ship bamboo in #1, #2, #5, and #10 container sizes, which correspond to 1-gallon through 10-gallon nursery stock containers and average 2–8 feet in height, depending on the bamboo type. For detailed container information, please review our container size guide.

For larger bamboo, available in #15 through #45 size containers (up to 40 feet tall), please call or email to inquire about availability and shipping arrangements. We accept payments via credit card, check, money order, or cash for nursery visits.

Local Deliveries

We provide delivery for large bamboo orders using a truck/trailer combo or 24' Box Truck within and near areas like Portland, Vancouver, Washington (Seattle, Olympia, Tacoma, etc.), Salem, Corvallis/Albany, Eugene, Ashland/Medford, Northern California, Bay Area, and beyond. The standard delivery rate to Portland is $125. For rates to other areas, please contact us. We also offer local consultations, bamboo installation advice, removal, and renovation services. Please note that not all bamboo varieties are available in all listed sizes at all times. Inquire about the specific variety you’re interested in.
