Truthful review... Happy to leave a review here for the excellent product provided by Printing Center USA. Love using the seasonal coupons. Still, can be very reasonable prices without them. Timely delivery. I did not appreciate the call asking for a review, although I do understand that the reviews are important to your business. That is why I am happy to leave a 5 star review here. One more thing: After my files were already submitted I received an prompting me that, in the future, one file for all pages is preferred. However, this is not something I have needed to do in any of my past projects. It is also not something that is made clear, at least that I can readily find, on the ordering or file preparation help page on the website (Please let me know if it is there so I may better understand the requirements). It might be best customer service to either make that explicitly clear for customers while they are starting the order process. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to matter to tell them to do it differently after the fact. Over all 5 stars every time for quality of product at competitive prices. Thank you.
