Bottom plate leakage

Solution: Open a manhole side window of about one person's shoulder width (diameter φ400) on the side of the FRP tank, enter the FRP tank to find the leak point, and reinforce the leak point and the entire bottom of the FRP tank, the inner wall of the FRP tank bottom upward within 1 meter of the all-around cladding for repair. After completion, fill with water and test for 48 hours without leakage to solve.

Flange Leakage
Flange leakage is generally caused mostly by defects in the production of the flange, as shown in Figure 3, the flange was found to be leaking drop by drop to the lower exterior.
Solution: The leaking flange will be cut and replaced, bearing in mind that when replacing the internal and external flange body and FRP tank are required to wrap, and internal wrapping is completed to leave the FRP tank inside the mouth to avoid blocking the flow of liquid.
Side window manhole bolt drip
If the FRP tank comes with a side manhole, after finding the side manhole bolt dripping, you need to consider two problems: first, whether the bolt is not tightened or the gasket is damaged; second, whether the manhole flange has cracks.
Solution: Replace the gasket for the tightened bolt. If the problem is not found to be solved, remove the blind plate and find that the flange is cracked, the flange should be cut down and re-wrapped, and replaced.

Maintenance of FRP storage tank
In order to prevent the phenomenon of leakage, should do a good job of daily maintenance.
1. To prevent the work apparatus from hitting the FRP tank wall. The use of ladders, metal parts equals the contact part of the FRP tank wall to add soft pads to protect the inner wall from being scratched and bruised.
2. Enter the FRP acid and alkali FRP tank maintenance, should first close all feed valves, empty and clean the FRP tank. Enter the FRP tank should wear soft-soled shoes, strap on the safety belt, and the other end of the safety belt tied to the top of the FRP tank. Pay attention to the ventilation inside the FRP tank. Into the FRP tank operation, there must be personnel outside the FRP tank under supervision.
3. Outdoor use of glass fiber reinforced plastic storage FRP tanks will be used for many years due to aging of the outer surface layer, resulting in resin layer peeling or fiber exposure. It is recommended that every two or three years the outer surface of the FRP tank should be painted or resin to prevent aging and extend service life.
4. FRP FRP tank maintenance can not be loaded at will on the top of the FRP tank but is also not allowed to apply external force on the receiver.
5. FRP FRP tanks outside climbing ladders, cages, guardrails before climbing should be carefully checked whether safe and reliable, there is an abnormal situation is strictly prohibited to climb the use.
