Horizontal Mixed Flow Pumps:


A Horizontal Mixed Flow Pump is a kind of pump between single stage end suction centrifugal pump and horizontal axial flow pump. It has the characteristics of large flow rate, medium head, high efficiency and wide application range.



Horizontal mixed flow pumps are most commonly used in the process of flue gas desulfurization, so they are often called desulfurization pumps, FGD circulating pumps. Mixed flow pumps are suitable for solid-liquid two-phase flow of complex processes, which have the advantages of short axial size, stable operation, simple structure and convenient installation.

Cr30

Cr30 is a kind of high chromium corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant cast steel with ferrite matrix. It not only has the same general corrosion resistance as Austenitic stainless steel, but also has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion.


 

Cr30A

 

Cr30A is specially used in limestone slurry circulating pump for flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plants. After adding Ni and Cu elements, its resistance to chloride ion corrosion is greatly improved. Because this material has high hardness, corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance, it is used to manufacture the wearable plates, shafts and impellers of desulfurization mixed flow pumps.


 

Cr26

Cr26 is a chromium-based wear-resistant white cast iron with eutectic carbide M7C3 + austenite, which has an excellent performance of wear-resistant. The material has high chromium content and contains copper element. It has certain corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and could withstand large impact loads and wear of hard particles.


 

Cr33

Cr33 is composed of ferrite, austenite and carbides. It has a high hardness at the same time (HRC about 44), but also can adapt to a certain degree of acid corrosion (PH >2).


 

N


 

N is a special cast ferritic-austenitic duplex stainless steel, specially developed for flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired boilers. In the field of chloride solution containing solid, it has good wear and corrosion resistance, and excellent casting performance and mechanical properties.


 

CD4MCuN

CD4MCuN is a low-carbon duplex stainless steel whose wear and corrosion resistance are superior to ordinary stainless steel. It also has good resistance to stress corrosion in media containing chloride ions.

1. (00Cr25Ni6Mo3N)

It belongs to one of the second generation of duplex stainless steel, by adjusting the content of carbon, nitrogen and molybdenum, it has stronger pitting resistance and crevice corrosion resistance. It has strong resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion.


 

ASTM-A890 5A (00Cr25Ni7Mo4N) (ASF)

This super duplex stainless steel is designed for harsh media environments, especially chlorine-containing environments such as seawater.


 

MM4

It is austenitic duplex stainless steel, with good casting properties, high strength, toughness and hardness, can be welded. It not only has very good corrosion resistance, but also has good wear resistance.


 

17-4PH (0Cr17Ni4CuNb)

It is martensitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel, which has a low carbon content, a high chromium content, and also contains copper, which has strong corrosion resistance.
